Update!

I am so bad with updating this thing! I hate how little time I spend at home. Anyways, we were approved for the townhouse that we really really wanted!! Very good news. We get posession on the 31st of October... and we will move probably the middle of November. We are looking into prices to have someone come in and paint the place... I am doubting we are going to be able to afford it. I wish that we could.. because I wont be able to do it.. and i rather a professional doing it than family.. who might screw it up and I wont be able to say anything.. haha

This past weekend we bought a dining room table and chairs set. It was basically the last big thing we needed for furniture.. so thats good :)

I went and saw the doctor that will deliver the baby today, and I LOVE HER! I am so glad that I decided to complain about the other doctor.. She made me feel so comfortable and she jokes around and stuff too. She said that she thinks the baby is breech at this point.. but there is still plenty of time for her to move into the right position. I will be having another ultrasound at 36 weeks to check forsure what position the baby is in... (just incase the doctor is wrong)

The baby is very active right now.. I feel her moving all the time, its very cool... especially when mike can feel her too!

I have 4 full weeks, plus a few days left until I go on mat leave! I am so excited. I cant wait to be off work. Its the perfect time. I will finish work and we will move.. and i can spend my time getting the house looking nice!

almost approved!

Well I thought I would update about the townhouse. We put our offer in on saturday and heard back on sunday that they accepted our offer!! yay! So we are just in the process of the bank approving the mortgage. The lady who we have been dealing with at the bank has said that we are almost approved.. the only thing is they want to see a copy of the lease, (the townhouse is on lease hold land) to make sure that you can put a mortgage on it... so it seems to all be coming through!! I am so excited.
We will move in sometime during November... we dont know for sure yet when. I am so glad, we will be able to settle in before the baby comes!

The baby is growing so fast now! I can feel her moving all the time, and I have been getting a lot of kicks and rolls! so neat :)

On saturday we go to the UC baby again.. we will finally get our pictures and be able to post them!

YAY!

I am so excited right now!! Mike and I have been looking for a townhouse to buy for the past 3 weeks or something. We are picky.. we need it to be in a certain townhouse complex, mainly because the price of them.. and the fact that it will be so close to Mike's mum and brothers house and I will be able to take care of Jonny before and after school... which will help us pay for the mortgage! haha (Since I will be on mat leave very soon). Anyways, last weekend we looked at the perfect unit! it was 3 floors, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1400 sq ft.. nice deck and rooftop patio.. which faced a forest! The place didnt need many updates, except paint.. only because we hate the colours they chose to do it in. It was so perfect.. BUT we were the second people to put an offer on it.. and the first people got it..
ANYWAYS we found out that the offer fell through for some reason... and Mike is out right now signing the papers for us to put another offer on the place again!! I hope we are the only ones who do, and it comes to us!! Oh man it would be great... trying not to get my hopes up, but I cant help it!
