venting

OH my god... I hate medical companies..... so mike quits his job last august... we think that the medical company has given us a month and it turns out we had 3 months of using that medical company after he quit working there. the new medical company wasnt going to be in effect until Dec 1. I had botox done on oct 13th. I submitted the form to the first medical company, they said "we need a break down of the cost" so i go to the doc who did it and ask for that, they said 'we will mail it to you' two weeks later i have nothing, i call again they made up a new form and my mum went and picked it up, i send that to the med company. In the mean time our plan is now terminated because it had been three months.. in Nov. So we were expecting them to send us a letter saying nothing can be done after the termination date,... which is exactly what they did... even though i had the damn botox done on Oct 13th. anyways mikes old company decided that they were going to send a letter to the med company that the termination should be sept 30 even though they didnt receive it until dec 2nd they wont let us have that money.. so of course the new medical company wont cover it because it was done in oct and they didnt cover us until dec. wow.. my visa has been collecting interest on that 700 as well.. yay I get to pay it off now..

Boxing Day!

Ah well, Christmas day is over and I am kind of glad. hahha Yesterday was so busy. Mike and I got a lot of good things for our house! It's cool :) My Nanny and Grandad got us a Christmas Village set for our house, I am excited for next year to set it all up! :) yay
We went out to Walmart today, it wasnt so bad but the parking lot was crazy!! We bought a couple of christmas things 50% off for next year, yay, i cant resist deals. haha
ahh its 2 am and I am watching the first season of friends.. i think i may try and go to sleep now, im sure Mike will want to wake up earlyish... we are going to go look at new beds!

Merry Christmas Everyone!!

Yay! It's Christmas! Wow it's only 11 am and it feels like the whole day has gone by. I have been up since 4:45am this morning. I couldnt sleep well so i have only had a couple hours of sleep! We woke up super early because my mum had to be at work by 6:30. We opened a ton of presents already there and at Mikes mum's. Pretty soon we are heading over to my Nana and Papa's house. We are going to open presents and then my Papa is going to be coming home for dinner! It will be nice :) We will also go over to Nanny and Grandad's at some point in the afternoon! It will be good... anyways I am not going to spend too much time on the computer

Only two more sleeps until Christmas! hhaha :) Christmas day is going to be insane. Tomorrow night me and Mike will go to his mum's for Christmas dinner, then after go over to my parent's and sleep over. Christmas day we will have to wake up at like 5 am or something insane, and we will open presents and all that, then after a while my mum will go to work and we will go back over to Mikes mum's. I think we will end up staying there for a little while and then go over to my Nana and Papa's house, spend a few hours there, then head over to Nanny and Grandads then back over to Nana and Papa's for dinner! WOW and then by then we are going to be super tired and probably barly make it home!! haha!
I cant wait to see people's faces when they open presents.. i get excited about that!! I hope my mum really likes the Bryan Adam's tickets and my dad the Xbox!!
anyways, right now we are going on some Christmas Carroll boat thing.... I am still not quite sure what it is all about... i guess i will see.. haha

YAY I found a job!

I basicly have a job for Jan!! I am so thrilled! I will be working as a part time nanny/helper type thing. Taking care of a 2 year old and a new born. (the mother will be home most of the time as well) I will be doing it tues and thurs full day and half days on friday. We just need to do the finalizing of the money and shit! haha which might be depressing who knows.
I am quite thrilled, its a perfect time to find a job, and especially someone who is flexible to what my hours will be.. so awesome!
I am going to be very busy come Jan, but I am glad, better then being bored! I will also be making my own money again, so this will be nice, i will be able to pay my bills and have a bit extra.
(to pay my visa off i guess.. ) haha


only a couple more days until christmas!! yay so happy.
Tomorrow I am going to go grocery shopping with my mum and my nana, which means I will get to get some groceries as welll hhaha im so bad!

Last night went well! We all got to visit it was nice! Marissa had fun!
I got my la senza order in the mail today! yay!!
I have the kids right now! Taylor is playing xbox with Mikes younger brother Jonny, it has worked out well! They play well together .. so far. haha
Carley and me are watching a movie that we rented in the other room! We have been wrapping presents, she helped me do it! Its nice to have a little helper!! After dinner we still have to make the gingerbread house! that will use up some time later on, I know the kids will be up super late. hahaha
I am done my christmas shopping now!!! I am so happy! I got Mikes last present today! yay!!!
Oh man this week is super busy for me. Today and tomrrow I have Taylor and Carley, then maybe tomorrow night I am meeting my dad at the mall to help him get my mum's christmas present. Then Wed I have my hair appointment, and then Thursday I have to help my mum with wrapping and putting chocolates/cookies into baggies for gifts! Then Friday I have a doc appointment and then we are going with Mikes mum and brother to this carolling ship thing.. (not to sure) hah
WOW then christmas eve at Mikes mums, then my parents to sleep over, thennn its christmas day. WHich is another story completely.!! haha wow.
ahh time to go figure out dinner!!

ONE WEEK!!!

It is only one week until Christmas!! Yay!! We are waiting for our friends to come over and then we are going to go out for dinner tonight! I made cupcakes for us! I also made a peanut butter marshmallow square thing that I used to have when I was a kid! yummy yummy! I also want to save some to take over to people's houses on christmas!

So we now have 3 computers in our house! One of them is connected to our 55 inch tv. INSANE! hahah
Tomorrow morning I will be picking up Carley and Taylor! I am very happy that I get to see them. I talked to Carley on the phone this morning and she was "SOOOO EXCITED FOR TOMORRW" haha aw! I am glad! Bonnie said that she has been counting down the days til she got to see me.. awww!!

Friday night Mike and I went to his aunts for christmas dinner. It was good! We got a couple presents, and neat fountain candle thing!! and chocolates, my fave ! :)
Well i better go get everything ready people are gonna start showing up soon!!

busy busy !

Went to the mall AGAIN. Found nothing for Mike.. and no ideas either. I dont know what to do!! ahhh!! He is the last person I need to buy for, everything else is done!
I bought a cupcake pan of snowmen! it is so cute!
Tomorrow I am heading out to Cloverdale to get my hair done, i have to leave at 12:50 to get to my 2:30 hair appointment !!! its insane how long it takes to get there on the bus! I hate it. OH well ! Mike is going to pick me up after work, its perfect!
I love getting my hair done, i love how it looks after, right now my hair is so gross.. haha
Friday night we are going for dinner at Mikes aunts house, hmm that should be interesting.. a couple hours of feeling uncomfortable. hahha nice eh.
Sunday we are going to go out for dinner with friends and then come back to our house that should be fun! I havent seen my friends since my birthday thing. I hate that we dont see each other that often, its so hard everybody lives far away and is always busy! I have a month break so hopefully i will be able to see them more often now.
Monday I will be taking care of Carley and Taylor. I will pick them up monday morning and they will be with me all the way until late Tuesday night. it will be a lot of them, but I dont mind, i havent seen them since oh wow a long time, a week before halloween or something.
I have their christmas presents ready and i bought a gingerbread house so we can put that together! I know taylor will have tons of fun with the nintendo and the huge tv.. haha
omg Mike built a computer and it is hooked up to the huge tv.. it looks so weird! haha a 55 inch monitor. hahhaha

Done for the semester!!

AHHHHHHHHH!!!!!! :) Finished school! What a wonderful feeling this is. I have almost a whole month to do nothing yay! :) Well in this time I am going to look for a part-time job.
Christmas is getting so close! I am very excited. I have all of my shopping done, except I need one more thing for my mum (from my Nana) and one more thing for Mike. I think I will take the bus to the mall today and that way I will get my mum's present done forsure, probably not Mikes though, because I am not sure what I want to get him yet.
I do want to buy some cupcake pans, like christmasy ones. I am not to sure if they will have them, so we will see!
I have been decorating christmas cookies for the past 2 days haha it is so much fun!
Anyways I think I am going to head to the mall, and finish up my cookies, so I better get started!!

I had such a busy day today! Again I went shopping with my mum. We took my Nana out for a while with us. We went to Richmond today, but in the end we came out with something we could have bought at a closer mall.. oh well it was alright. We went to see Papa too today. When his dinner got there he opened it up and it was this pile of crap.. he said, "who shit on my plate" I havent seen him laugh so hard in probably ever. lol It was so funny. Then me and my mum went out shopping even more. We acomplished a lot more this time!! We got a couple of my cousins presents (from my Nana). By then I was just tired out. All i wanted to do was go home take some midol and lay on the couch, but I promised my mum I would help her wrap some gifts tonight. We went to my parents house and by the time we were done dinner I had time to wrap one present before Mike text messaged me saying he was falling asleep in class and wanted to go.. (which meant my mum had to take me to his school, so she didnt have to drive me all the way home). I will have to go over to help my mum out another day. She also wants to make chocolates again this year. I will have time as soon as I finish my courses, which I keep stalling!!!
I still havent quite finished my last 2 assignments, but close, I have started both of them.. I am so bad that way, I will start both and not want to finish either. I should have just started one and got it over with, and then the next. Oh well. I can work on them all day tomorrow, as long as I can bake some Christmas cookies as well. I may need to go to the store to buy some ingriedents for the icing I want to try out. (Thanks Jodie for making me want to try the new icing, now I need to go shopping before I can make the icing! haha)

Ahhhhhh ok I have babbled on for long enough and the midol is starting to make me fall asleep. Finally! :)

no blue lights!!

Wow, I got nothing done today. I was planning on working on an assignment, but I didnt. Tomorrow I hope to finish my Christmas shopping. I am getting tired of the busy malls and they are only going to get busier. I actually did get something done today, I got all of our Christmas cards done and I will send them off tomorrow. Mikes mum gave us christmas lights for outside, I wanted to put them up but then i realized they were blue and green lights... one of the things i cant stand is when people decorate their houses/trees with blue lights!!! I dont mind if it is a rainbow of colour, but when it is just blue, or just blue and another colour noooo.. it should be red and green i think. I want to buy some red balbs and change the blue ones with the red.. i guess I will see. haha

Ah! I am almost done my last couple assignments. I have two more to do this week, then I am done.
I met the people at the preschool I will be doing my practicum at today. They are nice, so that was good. :) It is super close to my house, it will take me under 10mins to walk there.. i am so thrilled about that. That will also get me out walking at least a couple times a week.
Mike and I decorated our tree on Sunday! It looks so pretty! In the picture it doesnt look like the lights are on, but they are!! I also am so close to being done my christmas shopping. I just need a couple things still.
I really feel like baking christmas cookies, I will probably spend the day doing that tomorrow. I want to try and get at least one of my assignments done tonight while Mike is at school.

I didnt get to go see the kids today! :( their mom was sick so she didnt need me today, but i will see them in a few weeks so thats not so bad.
I had a busy day after all. Aaron's (my cousin) gf Jessica called me to tell me what she bought mike for christmas and because she was in Burnaby she asked if she could come over and show me, so she came over and then we ended up going out for lunch together and then shopping a bit! Then i met my mum about 4 and went shopping some more! I cant believe the awesome deal I got. Mike and I pulled Aaron and Jess's names for the christmas present thing we do each year. They bought a townhouse and are moving in soon after christmas and put a set of pots and pans on their christmas list. They want nonstick, black/stainless steel with a clear lid. I thought that might be hard to find. (they hadnt actually seen a set they want) I went into the Bay and found that exact set and it was $174.99. Today, tomorrow and sunday there is a sale on pots and pans for 50% off!! AND i had a coupon for $15 off anything over $70. So anyways this set that was 175 before taxes came to 70 after tax!! i was soo thrilled with myself!! hahaha
I love deals like that, it just gets me happy.. lol yes i am a dork
I am tired out though, shopping is something that always makes me pooped. Mike will be coming home soon so i am glad! and he doesnt have to work tomorrow at either job so we can actually sleep in and spend the day together! we are doing more shopping! hahaha

Wow, I am sooo happy! I have finished my essay, and my portfolio assignment.. All I gotta do is put it in an envelope and mail it off!! Next week I have 3 assignments to do, and then I am done!!! well I do have my english final exam on monday the 12th, but after that day IM freeeeeeee.

Tomorrow I get to see Carley and Taylor. I am so excited! I will take the camera so I can get some updated pics of them! That pic was taken last March when Mike and I had them sleep over and then we took them to the beach!
aww I miss seeing them everyday! It's so sad that I don't get to anymore.
Time for bed.. or at least Gilmore Girls, then Bed.
